- Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of the products, all desktop storage items sold (including but not limited to storage boxes, stands, separators, etc.) are either custom-designed or in immediate stock. Therefore, we do not accept any form of return or refund, including:
Subjective preference issues such as the color and size of the goods;
Mispurchase caused by the customer’s personal reasons;
Unopened or used goods (affecting secondary sales). - Handling of exceptional cases
If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (email: zygator@bddesktopstorage.com) within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos/videos), we will negotiate a solution for you:
Transportation damage: The goods are broken, deformed, etc. during the distribution process;
The product does not match the description: There is a significant difference between the actual product and the description on the website.
