Shipping policy
  1. Shipping location and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Poland.
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and quality inspection after placing an order (excluding weekends and holidays).
    International transportation: The logistics time varies by destination and usually takes 7 to 20 working days (subject to customs and logistics providers).
    Note: The delivery time may be extended due to peak seasons or force majeure factors (such as weather or customs delays). We apologize for any inconvenience.
  2. Freight and customs duties
    Shipping fee calculation: At checkout, the system automatically generates the shipping fee based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods.
    Tariff policy: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs regulations in advance.
  3. Order tracking
    After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number (sent to the email address reserved for the order). You can track the progress through the official website of the logistics provider, such as DHL/DPD.
    If you do not receive notification 15 days after shipment, please contact zygator@bddesktopstorage.com for verification.
  4. Delayed or lost handling
    Logistics delay: If the delivery exceeds the expected time limit, please provide the tracking number so that we can assist in urging for the shipment.
    Lost package: After confirming the loss, we will resend it for free or refund it (proof from the logistics provider is required).
